Gregory Raap is a Vice President for Hunt Military Communities overseeing the western military housing portfolio of assets consisting of approximately 17,000 residential units in 15 locations across 9 states. Mr. Raap was previously a Regional Vice President for Forest City Enterprises, Inc. overseeing the military housing portfolio assets in Hawai‘i and the Pacific Northwest, the Director of Property Management for the Hawai‘i military housing project and a Regional Manager overseeing the Federally Assisted Housing portfolio in Southern California.
Prior to joining Forest City, Mr. Raap held the position of Director of Property Management for LTSC Community Development Corporation and portfolio Asset Manager for Alliant Capital, LLC. He served on the Board of Directors for Pacific Housing Development, Inc., was a Charter Member of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is a national and Hawaii chapter member of the Professional Housing Management Association.
Mr. Raap holds a real estate broker's license in Hawai‘i and California. He received a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
