In recent years, the tenant appreciation event at Kalaeloa Professional Center has evolved into an annual tradition for Hunt Companies Hawai‘i.
Kalaeloa Professional Center, Hunt’s fully leased 50,000-square-foot office building on Saratoga Road in Kalaeloa Town, is home to 14 diverse tenants. These include U.S. VETS, Crossroads Behavioral Health, Ahina Infrastructure & Technologies, Ola Properties, The Tax Connection, Primerica, Allstate, St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawai‘i, INPEACE, Century 21, the Hawai‘i State Federal Credit Union call center and the Warrior ‘Ohana Medical Clinic — a community health center serving active-duty servicemembers from all branches, veterans and their families.
At this fall’s appreciation lunch — held in the plant-filled courtyard — 150 guests enjoyed short ribs and steak, prize drawings and camaraderie with others who work in the center.
“The Kalaeloa Professional Center is essential to the area because it is the only office building in Kalaeloa. It continues to develop as a hub for employment and a supportive community for local working families,” explains Kathleen Iriarte, asset manager. “The tenant appreciation event allows us to show our gratitude to the businesses that make Kalaeloa Professional Center a thriving community. We sincerely appreciate the continued partnership and support, and we are committed to serving as we work together to grow our community.”
Kalaeloa Town is home to 65 tenants that offer a wide array of needed products and services for West O‘ahu. With them, Hunt is creating a growing jobs center that currently employs over 1,000.
Kalaeloa Town tenants range from healthcare to schools, activities to industrial services, as well as recreational activities like Barbers Point Bowling Center and Coral Crater Adventure Park.
New entities open in Kalaeloa Town each month, including SiteOne Landscape Supply most recently.
