Ahuimanu Neighborhood Center Now at 81% Occupancy
Ahuimanu is excited to welcome a wide array of new tenants to the community gathering place unique to the North Shore of Kauai. The 42,000-square-foot center – anchored by the 12,700-square-foot grocery store-restaurant Kilauea Market + Café – features a mix of businesses and community services. The new eateries and services are mainly established Kauai companies expanding their operations from other parts of the island to better serve customers on the North Shore.
Recently signed tenants will take the neighborhood center to 81% occupancy from 53% over the past year, despite the challenging economic environment.
